1. CertForge is independent

CertForge is an independent study-materials publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any certification vendor or exam issuer — including Microsoft, Cisco, Amazon Web Services, CompTIA, ISACA, PMI, Oracle, SAP, Google, and every other vendor whose exams appear in our catalogue. No vendor has reviewed, approved, or certified anything sold on this site.

Sitting the real exam is always between you and the issuer, under their rules, at their testing centre. We sell practice material only.

2. Trademarks belong to their owners

All vendor names, certification names, exam codes, logos, and brand marks mentioned on this site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are used on CertForge for the sole purpose of identifying which exam our practice materials help you prepare for. We claim no ownership of, and no licence to, any third-party mark.

Where a vendor appears on this site, the mark belongs to that vendor — full stop. See the detailed trademark notice for the attribution statement that applies to every page of this site.

3. Why we name vendors at all

It is impossible to sell exam preparation without saying which exam it prepares you for. Using a vendor's name and exam code in this descriptive way is known as nominative fair use: we use the word, not the brand's trade dress, and we say plainly that we are not the issuer. That is why every page carries a disclaimer line, and why product pages say “prepare for the Vendor code exam” rather than implying any vendor relationship.

4. How our practice materials are authored

• Question banks are independently authored and compiled by our own editors from publicly available syllabus topics and exam objectives.
• We do not possess, solicit, or distribute any vendor's confidential exam content, real exam questions, or NDA material, and we do not offer “braindumps” of live exams.
• Every purchased PDF carries this notice in its page footer: “Independently authored practice material. Not affiliated with [Vendor]. All trademarks belong to their owners.”

If you believe any item in our banks originated from a confidential source, tell us via the DMCA / IP policy and we will pull it fast.

5. Vendor logos & neutral badges

Where vendor marks appear on CertForge they are either neutral monogram badges of our own design or original geometric evocations — never official vendor artwork. For vendors where we have chosen extra caution, we display only a two-letter monogram on a brand-neutral dot. The absence of official logos is deliberate and will not be “fixed” on request.

6. Dispute process & response times

• Notify us. Use the DMCA / IP complaint process (email or the contact form — both are monitored).
• 48-hour takedown commitment. We acknowledge valid IP notices within 48 hours and remove or disable access to identified material while a claim is assessed.
• Fast counter-process. If you believe material was removed in error, you can send a counter-notice; we restore material the law requires us to restore.
• Escalation. Repeat or systemic concerns get a named human, not a form reply.

7. What this notice does — and does not — do

Being honest with you: clear disclaimers, neutral badges, and a fast takedown process reduce brand and copyright risk — they do not eliminate it. Using other companies' names and marks in a commercial context always carries residual trademark risk, and the only complete protection is fully licensed or original content. This notice states our good-faith position, not a guarantee of immunity.
